About Fifty Nine Financial 

I’m Gavin, the Director of Fifty Nine Financial Limited.

We’re a specialist independent finance broker firm based in Derby and help people both locally and nationally with our remote advice service. We are able to offer advice for both regulated mortgages and commercial finance. So, no matter if you’re looking for a mortgage on your home, a Buy-to-Let mortgage, wanting to buy a commercial building, or perhaps seeking finance to buy a dental practice, we’re here to help. 

We’re always up for a challenge and often help people in quite complex situations, such as self-employed workers or those with less than perfect credit history.

There are often more options available than you may think. So even if you’re not sure you fit the criteria for a certain type of mortgage, please still get in touch and we’ll do our very best to find you a suitable mortgage.

I work alongside my administrator, Nicola, who keeps all the plates spinning, and our trusted office manager, Mike, the Boston Terrier (hop on to our Instagram if you want to see him!)

Our Fees

All initial consultations are free of charge. A typical fee for a Standard Residential Mortgage application is £495 and this is not due until you have an offer in hand. Fees for other services vary depending on the complexity of the requirements, however, we always aim to find competitive rates based on the industry standard.

Fifty Nine Financial are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
