I’ve been turned down for a mortgage previously – can you still help me?
One of the main reasons to use a specialist mortgage broker is that we are often able to find a mortgage even if you’ve been turned down before. Every lender has their own criteria around what is and isn’t acceptable when applying for a mortgage. A good mortgage advisor will know this criteria already. It’s very easy to assume that if you’ve had a mortgage application declined previously that you may not be able to get a mortgage. However, it is often simply knowing which mortgage provider will accept your application. That is when you really need the help of a mortgage expert. Our professional and friendly mortgage advice service is there to get your the results you need, whilst saving you time and money in the process.
